We want you, our customers,to be totally confident about your New Air Bed purchase through Air Beds Unlimited and their secure web site. To check the security of the site, at check out, when you are asked for credit card information, look at your browser's address bar or left/right hand corner and you may see an unbroken arrow or a Closed Pad Lock  . This means that ALL Financial Data Is Secure! This means the SSL is active. The only pages that need to be secure are those where personal financial information is required (IE. credit card numbers). Our entire shopping cart is secure!

How do I adjust my bed with a softer/harder control?
It's really quite simple. After putting all your Ultimate Sleep Systems Air Mattress Components together, you will need to follow some simple instructions. 1) Inflate your bed to a very firm position. Don't panic because YOU CAN'T OVER INFLATE THE VULCANIZED AIR CHAMBERS! 2) Lie down on your back (even if you are a side sleeper) with your pillow next to you. 3) Lay there until your body adjusts (approximately 2-3 minutes). 4) Now take the pillow and get into your "sleep position." whether it is on your side, stomach or back. 5) Hold down the softer button until the mattress is cradling and conforming to the contours of your body and most importantly, the air mattress feels comfortable. 6) Now is the time to tweak your New Air Mattress. Since you have been sleeping on your old mattress for some time, you'll want your new mattress to be about the same stiffness. Your body is used to this stiffness and needs to adjust over a period of time. It is important that you pay attention to how the mattress fells in the small of your back (back sleeper), the curve of your waist (side sleeper) or the front of your body (stomach sleeper). 7) Now we will fine-tune the firmness. While still lying in your sleep position, press the firmer button in light bursts, until you have the correct support for your back and/or hips. Most people consider a softer setting more comfortable than a firm setting. We recommend that you try this setting for 5-7 nights. If this is not your ideal setting, adjust in small increments either up or down and sleep on this setting for another 4-5 nights. Again remember you body and muscles were used to your old mattress and it may take some time to get used to Sleeping On An Air Bed. We are here to help you in any way, to get the correct setting, for A Great Night's Sleep, For Years To Come!

Will this bed help my back and neck pain?
Sleeping on Ultimate Sleep System Air Mattresses will not cure all neck and back pain, but.....
Research has shown considerable improvements in the quality of life for people who do! You also may want to invest in a pillow that helps simulate the upright position. This means your neck and spine should be aligned while sleeping.
Will my Sleep System be Brand New?
All the components of your Ultimate Sleep System Air Bed will be New and Sealed in Factory Cartons, with Warranty Cards and Assembly Instructions included.
Can I use my existing box springs?
You can, but it is highly recommended that you purchase a matching foundation that is completely flat and is designed for your New Air Bed. If you choose to use your existing "Box" Springs, you may want to consider putting plywood on top of the "Box" Springs to negate the "Spring". There is NO EFFECT on the Warranty, if you do use your existing box springs, with our Air Mattresses.
You Prices Are So Low! What's the Catch?
There Is No Catch! 1)We don't have to pay any high priced Radio, TV or Sports Personalities to promote our products. 2) Our web site doesn't have to pay any overhead so WE CAN PASS ON THE SAVINGS TO YOU. 3) Retail stores have to pay commissions, rent, insurance, utilities etc, etc. .
Do I Pay Tax?
NO SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless you live in the beautiful state of Colorado.
What tools do I need for assembly?
 NO Tools Are Need For The Standard, Basic Assembly. We recommend a power screwdriver or a drill if you order a matching foundation, with the optional UNIVERSAL BEDLEGS.
How long does assembly take?
The assembly of your Air Bed usually takes less than 30 minutes, including reading the instructions and filling the Air Chamber(s). Filling the Vulcanized Air Chamber(s) takes about 5 minutes each.
When will my Air Bed Sleep System Arrive?
 You should expect your Ultimate Sleep System Air Bed to arrive in 7-12 Business Days. Although delivery times are normally much shorter. WE DO NOT HAVE TO SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM BUILD YOUR AIR BED! WE ALSO STOCK ALL OF OUR ADJUSTABLE, S-CAPE, BED FRAMES. AS A MATTER OF FACT, WE STOCK EVERYTHING WE SELL! THERE IS NO REASON ANY CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 4-6 WEEKS FOR THE DELIVERY OF AN AIR BED OR AN ADJUSTABLR BED FRAME! SOMEONE IS USING YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS NOT RIGHT! Slight delays can occur under unexpected circumstance (weather), but should there be any delay, we will contact you immediately. White Glove delivery can also take longer because we have to coordinate with our White Glove partners, throughout the country.
Do I have to be there for the delivery?
Yes and No. If your Air Bed Order is sent via a common carrier/truck company, a scheduler will contact you prior to delivery, to set up a convenient delivery time or window. Remember the driver is required to only deliver to the curb, so if you have a large order, it may be wise to have assistance. Many Truck Drivers will help assist the customer but cannot be expected to bring cartons, into the home, due to liability issues. If you request the White Glove Delivery, 2 people will deliver your Ultimate Sleep System Air Mattress to the room of your choice and perform the initial set up. They will remove all product cartons and if you wish, remove your old mattress. All you have to do is move your old bedroom furniture, so there is a space for your New Ultimate Sleep System Air Bed, to be set up. UPS does not call before delivery, so no one has to be available for delivery. If no one is at home when the Driver shows up, the Driver will place your shipment in a non conspicuous place.
Do you accept any other forms of payment?
YES! In addition to ALL MAJOR CREDIT CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, PAYPAL EXPRESS and GOOGLE CHECKOUT, we accept checks , money orders and wire transfers.
Do you offer financing?
I'm so glad you asked that question!
We Soon Will Have Onsite Financing Available, but until we can arrange a finance company that truly cares about our customers well being, you can, in the meantime, apply to finance your purchase through PayPal Buyer Credit.*
You will first need to decide on the line of credit you would like to have financed through PayPal Buyer Credit. After deciding on the amount, before purchasing, you would either open a PayPal account or enter your existing PayPal account. Upon entering your account , you will find a box on the left top of the page labeled Enhanced Account and under that you will find PayPal Buyer Credit. Click this box and proceed to the application. After acceptance, PayPal will tell you when your funds will be available. After you have been approved, go to our site and purchase your bed through PayPal. Once entering the PayPal option, choose "More Funding Options" for payment as opposed to your normal credit card or bank account.
