Track Shipping:
When your order has been picked up for delivery and the shipping company has assigned your Order a "Tracking Number", we will immediately e-mail you with an Internet Link to the Common Carrier/Trucking Company (CON-WAY) or U.P.S., which will include your "Tracking Number".  Please note, Air Beds Unlimited does not assign the "Tracking Numbers".  The shipping companies assign tracking numbers to your order, when they pick up your shipment for delivery, and not before.  Also, please note, we quote 7-12 "Business" days for normal delivery*, although we will do everything possible to deliver your new Air Beds and Bed Frames sooner.   Once you receive the "Tracking" email from us, simply click the link or enter the link into your address bar. Then Enter Your Tracking# into the track shipping box or space, on the shippers link.  The carrier will be able to tell you exactly where your shipment is currently located and when you can expect delivery.  If your Air Bed is shipped via a Trucking Company (CON-WAY), a dispatcher will call and arrange an appointment, for a convenient delivery time.  Also, there is an "Additional Information" drop down box on the Con-Way Tracking Web site and , if you wish, you may contact the dispatch terminal directly and discuss delivery arrangements.   UPS does not schedule delivery times.  Also, if your Air Bed is shipped via UPS, (usually orders with no matching foundations), you may enter your Tracking and Order Number into the "Track Shipping" Box, that is found in the toolbar at the top of all of our pages.  *We also provide a "White Glove" delivery service, for an additional charge.  "White Glove" delivery will normally take somewhat longer than our standard delivery.  If you have any questions regarding shipping or any of our  products, Please Do Not Hesitate in Calling or E-Mailing Us!
