HOW DO I ADJUST MY BED
WITH A SOFTER/HARDER CONTROL?
It's
really quite simple.
After putting all your Ultimate
Sleep Systems Air Mattress
Components together,
you will need to follow some
simple instructions. 1) Inflate
your bed to a very firm position.
Don't panic because YOU
CAN'T OVER INFLATE THE DUAL WELDED,
VULCANIZED AIR CHAMBERS!
2) Lie down on your back
(even if you are a side sleeper)
with your pillow next to
you. 3) Lay there until your
body adjusts (approximately 2-3
minutes). 4) Now take the
pillow and get into your "sleep
position." whether it is on your
side, stomach or back. 5) Hold
down the softer button until the
mattress is cradling and
conforming to the contours of your
body and most importantly, the
air mattress feels
comfortable. 6)
Now is the time to tweak your New
Air Mattress. Since you have been
sleeping on your old mattress for
some time, you'll want your new
mattress to be about the same
stiffness. Your body is used to
this stiffness and needs to adjust
over a period of time. It is important
that you pay attention to
how the mattress
fells in the small of your back
(back sleeper), the curve of
your waist, hips and shoulders (side
sleepers) or the front of your
body (stomach sleeper).
7) Now we will fine-tune the
firmness. While still lying in
your sleep position, press the
firmer button in light bursts,
until you have the correct support
for your back and/or hips. Most
people consider a softer setting
more comfortable than a firm
setting. We
recommend that you try this
setting for between 5-7 nights. If
this is not your ideal setting,
adjust in small increments either
up or down and sleep on this
setting for another 5-7 nights.
Again, remember your skeletal system, tendons and
muscles could be inflamed, as these important parts of your body, were trying to get used to your old
mattress/bed. It may take
some time to get used to
Sleeping On An Air Bed. (We loosely compare it to almost the time it takes, in the healing of a sprained ankle. Although, it is not unusual for Many Customers To Experience Immediate Relief!) If
you have a Digital Pump, The Vast
Majority of our Customer Sleep
between 20 mm/Hg and 25 mm/Hg, SIDE
SLEEPERS seem to prefer between 15
mm/Hg and 20 mm/Hg. Stomach Sleepers seem prefer it a little more firm, between 25mm/Hg and 30 mm/Hg. (These recommended settings are strictly for guideline purposes. Each individuals comfort level is unique!) We are here to

WILL THIS AIR BED HELP ME WITH MY
BACK AND NECK PAIN?
Sleeping
on an Air Bed will
not cure all neck and back pain,
but.....
According
to a study presented to the North
American Spine Society, 1999, by
Monsein M, Corbin TP, Culliton P,
Merz D, Schuck E. "Back
pain outcomes on an air bed versus
innerspring mattress". "The
average improvements were a 32% pain
decrease and a 73% increase in sleep
quality. Eighty-five percent
preferred the adjustable airbed."
You also may want to invest in a
pillow that helps simulate the upright
position. This means your
neck and spine should be aligned
while sleeping. Also, any Digital
Pressure Setting at or above
32mm/Hg, will restrict blood flow to the capillaries (blood vesse),
which can cause parts of the body to go to sleep, which can lead people to toss and
turn.
WILL MY NEW SLEEP
SYSTEM BE BRAND NEW?
All
the components of your Ultimate
Sleep System Air Bed
will be New and Sealed in
Factory Cartons, with Warranty
Cards. When
purchasing a complete
bed,
we will also be sending you a link
to our 12 minute, YouTube, Air
Bed Assembly Video and
a instruction manual.
CAN I USE MY EXISTING
"BOX SPRINGS"?
You
can, but it is highly
recommended that you purchase a
matching foundation that
is completely flat and is designed
for your New Air Bed. If you
choose to use your existing "Box
Spring", make sure that it is "SOLID"
and "FLAT". You may want
to consider putting a thin sheet of
plywood on top of the "Box Springs"
to negate the "Spring". There
is NO EFFECT ON THE WARRANTY, if
you do use your existing box
springs, with our Air Mattresses.
You may want to call us to discuss
the use of your current box springs.
YOUR PRICES ARE SO
LOW! WHAT'S THE CATCH?
There Is No Catch! 1) We don't
have to pay for any extremely high priced Radio and
TV Advertising. 2) We don't need Stores/Retail locations,
to display our products. 3) Retail
stores have to pay HIGH Commissions,
Rent, Insurance, Utilities, etc. 4) Our web
site pays a minimum overhead,
so WE CAN PASS ON THE SAVINGS

TAX or SHIPPING CHARGES?

SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless you
live in the beautiful state of
Colorado. Standard
Shipping is Free, in the
Continental US.
WHAT TOOLS WILL I NEED
FOR ASSEMBLY?
NO TOOlS
ARE NEEDED FOR THE STANDARD, BASIC
ASSEMBLY.
We recommend a power screwdriver or
a drill, if you order a matching
foundation, With
the Optional UNIVERSAL BED
LEGS.
HOW LONG DOES THE AIR
BED ASSEMBLY TAKE?
The assembly of your Air Bed
usually takes less than 45
minutes, including, unpacking all of
the components, watching the 12
minute, YouTube, Air Bed Assembly
Video, reading the instruction
manual and filling the Air
Chamber(s). Filling the
Vulcanized Air Chamber(s) takes about
5 minutes each.
WHEN WILL MY AIR BED
SYSTEM ARRIVE?
 You
should expect your Ultimate
Sleep System Air Bed to arrive in
12-14 BUSINESS Days.
Parts delivery times are normally much
shorter.;
Unanticipated delays can occur under
unexpected circumstances e.g. THE COVID-19 PANDEMICTariff/Customs issues, Weather,
Floods, Tornadoes, Acts of God, a component of the
bed or accessory being back-ordered,
etc.), White Glove delivery will
normally take longer because we have to
coordinate delivery with our White
Glove partners, throughout
the country. Also any products that
are a "Special Order" may/will take
longer.
DO I HAVE TO BE THERE
FOR DELIVERY?
Yes and
No. If your Air Bed Order is
sent via a common carrier/truck
company (FedEx Freight), a scheduler/dispatcher
will contact you prior to
delivery, to set up a convenient
delivery time or window. Most
Truck Drivers will help assist the
customer but cannot be expected to
bring cartons, into the home, due
to liability issues. FedEx Ground/Home Deliveries are to the door and normally do not require signature and there is no appointment. If you would like a "Signature Required" Delivery, please contact us, prior to shipment. When your order is placed, we can tell you what type of delivery you can expect.
If you purchase the White Glove
Delivery, 2 bonded and insured Agents will deliver your
Ultimate Sleep System Air Mattress(s)/Frames,
to the room of your choice and
perform the initial set up. They
will remove all product cartons (if you wish). If you require Disposal of
Your Old Mattress/Box Springs, Arrangements Must Be Made, PRIOR To Delivery. All you
have to do is move your old bedroom
furniture, so there is a space for
your New Ultimate Sleep System Air
Bed(s)/Frames, to be set up. The "White Glove" Agents are Not Furniture Re-Arrangers.
Again, FedEx Ground/Home does not call before
delivery, so no one has to be
available for delivery. If
no one is at home when the Driver
shows up, the Driver will place
your shipment in a "non conspicuous"
place, unless a "signature
required" is requested by the
customer.
DO YOU ACCEPT OTHER
FORMS OF PAYMENT?
YES! In addition to ALL MAJOR
CREDIT CREDIT CARDS, We also
Accept Checks, Money Orders and
Wire Transfers.
Checks Must Clear Our Financial Institution, before any
shipment can be made.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
