30 Night Sleep Trial:
Choosing a new Sleep System is one of the most important decisions one can make. After all, YOU SPEND 1/3 OF YOUR LIFE IN BED! When you have the quality of product's that Air Beds Unlimited, LLC™ has, we can comfortably and without hesitation offer our customers a 30 Night Sleep Trial! Our 30 Night Sleep Trial is a good faith trial, meaning we will allow our customers to use our beds for a maximum 30 Nights, but we expect the customers to use the beds in good faith, for the minimum of 20 Nights. If you are expecting our Air Beds to immediately cure chronic physical problems or if you are not willing to give your Body a MINIMUM of 20 Nights to Adjust to Your New Bed, may we politely suggest, that you do not buy our Air Beds!
OUR AIR BED RETURN POLICY IS THIS: If, after a Minimum of 20 Nights and no more than 30 Nights, the customer is not completely satisfied with their Air Bed Purchase, they may return** the Air Bed, at their expense, less a minimal $75.00 return fee per bed, for a refund. The 30 Night Sleep Trial begins on the night that the bed is received by the customer. If the customer originally used an American Express card for payment, there will also be an additional 3.5% fee, which is what American Express passes on to all merchants, as their refund fee. There are no additional fees for any other form of payment! You will not be deducted for the original shipping charges to you!* Parts and accessories ordered separately are not covered under the 30 Night Sleep Trial. Wooden Foundations and Electric, Adjustable Bed Frames are not covered under the 30 Night Sleep Trial. There are no additional fees for any other form of payment! You will not be deducted for the original shipping charges to you!* Again, the 30 Night Sleep Trial begins the first night after receipt of your new Air Bed.
**WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE: Adjustable "Electric" Bed Frames, Wooden Bed Foundations, RV Air Beds, Accessories, Parts (including but not limited to air chambers, replacement valves, air inflators and Sling-Rails, etc.), Special Orders, Mattress Pads/Protectors, ChiliPads, ForeverAire Guest, Sofa and RV Beds, Pillows, Linens, Special or Extra Delivery Charges, Threshold and White Glove Delivery, Are Not Covered under the 30 Night Sleep Trial and are Therefore, NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.
**In order to return the Sleep System, Air Bed, a Written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), via e-mail, must be issued. A customer must request an RMA, including all contact information and Order ID#, via e-mail, to memorialize their request. BY REQUIRING THAT All RMA's BE SUBITTED IN WRITING, THE CUSTOMER AND AIR BEDS UNLIMITED, LLC, ARE BOTH AWARE OF ALL THE PARTIES INVOLVED AND THEIR PERSPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS, REGARDING THE RETURN OF THE MERCHANDISE AND THE SUBSEQUENT REFUND. NO RMA's WILL BE AUTHORIZED BEFORE THE MINIMUM 20 NIGHTS OF THE SLEEP TRIAL OR AFTER THE MAXIMUM 30 NIGHTS OF THE SLEEP TRIAL. The 30 Night Sleep Trial begins the day that the customer receives their Air Bed order. All returned beds must be received, or in route to our return warehouse, 7 BUSINESS DAYS after issuance of the RMA, by Air Beds Unlimited, LLC. The Return Time Frame begins on the day that the customer is e-mailed an RMA, from Air Beds Unlimited, LLC. No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA. ALSO, ABSOLUTELY NO C.O.D RETURN SHIPMENTS Will BE ACCEPTED! All merchandise must be in original condition, unsoiled, unstained, undamaged, with no smoke odor or dog hair, and packed in original cartons, with all mattress tags in place. All Return Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse in DENVER, CO (see below), unless otherwise authorized, in writing, by Air Beds Unlimited, LLC™.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, within approximately 20 Business Days after receipt and thorough inspection, of all returned items. In the extremely rare occasion where a Returned Product is found to be unacceptable, Specialty Sleep Service will provide complete documentation as to why the returned product was found to be unacceptable and therefor non refundable. If the returned product is deemed unacceptable/non refundable, the customer may claim the
product, at their expense, within 15 Business Days. Otherwise, the unacceptable return, will be destroyed.
If an American Express Card has been used for payment, American Express
keeps all charges, even if an order has been cancelled, prior to shipment!
Therefore, all merchant fee's charged by American Express, will be deducted from any cancellation that has been previously charged, even prior to delivery, in addition to any RMA refunds. This is not the case with any other type of Credit
Card, PayPal, VENMO and ONLY pertains to American Express Transactions.
Cancellation and Parts Return Policy:
If for any reason, you decide to cancel your order, you must notify Air Beds Unlimited via email, within 24 hours from the Time and Date of Purchase. Here Is An Example: The order is placed on Nov 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. You have the right to cancel your order, with no cancellation fee, until Nov 11th, 2017 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. If you cancel your order after the 24 hour cancellation period and the order has not yet shipped, you will be entitled to a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. All orders placed directly through the Air Beds Unlimited, LLC website or over the phone, receive an emailed sales confirmation, with a Order ID # and a time and date stamp. That stamp will be the reference Order ID #, date and time, for the cancellation. If an order is cancelled after a shipment has left our warehouse(s), the customer will be responsible for all freight/shipping charges incurred to send the product to the customer and returned back to our return warehouses. In addition to the entire cost of shipping charges, a mandatory 25% restocking fee, will be deducted from all cancelled/refused orders that have already been shipped from our warehouses. This policy applies to all orders, including orders that were shipped via our White Glove Service or qualified for Standard Free Delivery.
Separate Parts and Accesory Orders, including, but not limited to, Air Chambers, Pumps, Rail Systems, Bed Legs, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, "Special Orders", etc, do not fall under the 30 Night Sleep Trial and are normally not returnable or refundable. Parts and Accessory orders are subject to the same cancellation policy as listed above.. **Please call us before you purchase these items, so that we can discuss your exact configuration and needs!**
Any order that is paid for and processed using American Express and is then cancelled or refunded, at any time, is subject to a 3.5% refund deduction. American Express charges this fee to the merchant (us). American Express keeps these fees and does not refund them back to the merchant/customer, so those fees are deducted from any refund.
Again, any and all cancellations must be submitted in writing, via e-mail, so that all parties have written documentation of the order cancellation and are familiar with the conditions of the cancellation. By communicating thru e-mail, all parties are aware of the terms of the Air Beds Unlimited, LLC™, Cancellation and Parts Return Policy. All refunds for cancelled orders or authorized returned parts, will be issued to the original method of payment, less any return fees, within approximately 20 Business Days of the e-mail cancellation or receipt of the returned product, at our return facility. Again, if a customer refuses a shipment, they will be RESPONSIBLE for ALL FREIGHT CHARGES to and returned back to our warehouse, in addition to a 25% Restocking Fee!
Warranty:
All of our Ultimate Sleep Systems Air Mattress Covers have a 5 Year Full Warranty and a 25 Year Limited Warranty, against any defects in workmanship or materials. Please remember that a warranty is only as good as the company behind it. All of our Ultimate Sleep System Air Bed components have the following factory warranty. Should there be a defect that requires service during the first 5 Years, on the cloth components of your Air Bed, Air Beds Unlimited,LLC will repair or replace (at out opinion) the product at no charge to the owner (healthy vapor barriers are not considered cloth components and are not covered under any warranty). Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, after the first 30 days. Our Air Inflators have a Limited 2-3 year Full Warranty (depending on model) that is limited, prorated, up to 20 years. Our Air Chambers have a Full 3 year warranty, with a limited, prorated warranty up to 20 years. If service is required from a defect after the initial Limited Warranty and up to the expiration of the Limited, Prorated Warranty, Air Beds Unlimited will replace or repair (at our opinion) at a pro rata charge based on the number of years in use, length of warranty and current cost of component replacement. During the the entire Full Warranty Period, with the exception of the first 30 days after receipt of the product, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and freight charges back, to the Air Beds Unlimited, LLC warehouse. Part of the shipping charges will be for a prepaid return label. During the Limited Warranty, the customer is responsible for paying for the products prorated cost and freight/shipping to them, as we do not require the customers product to be returned.™, return warehouse. Again, should a warranty issue arise within the first 30 days of receipt of a product, Air Beds Unlimited, LLC™, will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the defective merchandise and there will be no freight charges for shipping the replacement part to the customer or return of the "defective" part. If
a part is replaced under the terms of the LIMITED WARRANTY and the returned, warrantable part is
found to be damaged or abused, upon inspection of our warranty
department, it will become the responsibility of the customer to pay for the repair of the
damaged part (e.g.; not limited to, Chewed wires, crushed/broken remote controls,
punctured air chambers or cloth components, stains, etc.). If that part is not repairable (e.g.:
not limited to punctured, stained or altered air chambers), it becomes the customers responsibly to pay for
the prorated replacement cost, of the damaged part. All components will come with Factory Warranty Documentation. The replacement component is covered under the original warranty, for the time remaining, of the “no charge replacement period”. The period is determined from the date of product receipt, of the original purchase. What will void this warranty? Sale or transfer of the warranted product or component is not covered under the limited warranty. Misuse or abuse of warranted product or component voids the warranty. Tampering with or opening the warranted product or component voids the warranty. Limitations: Air Beds Unlimited, LLC™, reserves the right not to repair or replace any product or component if is returned in a unsanitary or unsafe condition.
