We Highly Recommend you purchase a Totally Flat and Firm surface for your New Ultimate Sleep System Air Mattress to lie on. The Matching Foundation has a layer of Masonite over the slats, covered with the Matching Fabric of your Air Bed and a profile of approximately 7 inches. If you have a Good, existing, box spring or a Good, existing, water bed frame, you can use these. The choice is up to you! BedLegs™ are not included.
